从伏邪学说探讨酒精性股骨头坏死发病机制及诊疗思路
Exploring pathogenesis and treatment strategies of alcoholic necrosis of the femoral head from Fuxie theory
摘要
Abstract
Alcoholic induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head(AIONFH)is a disabling disease caused by ex-cessive alcohol consumption.The theory of underlying pathogens has important guiding significance for the preven-tion and treatment of various diseases,and the occurrence of AIONFH is similar to the characteristics of underlying pathogens.However,there are relatively few reports on exploring AIONFH based on the theory of underlying patho-gens.This article briefly introduces the theory of latent pathogens and explores the pathogenesis of adverse reactions to excessive alcohol consumption in traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the relationship between latent pathogens and AIONFH.It summarizes the pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment ideas of AIONFH guided by the theory of latent pathogens.关键词
