针刺联合行气活血散结方治疗乳腺增生疗效观察
Observation on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Xingqi Huoxue Sanjie formula in the treatment of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xingqi Huoxue Sanjie Formula combined with acupunc-ture in the treatment of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia(MGH),and its effects on serum Estradiol(E2)and Proges-terone(P),breast molybdenum target grading,breast pain,and masses in patients.Methods:60 cases of MGH pa-tients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases respectively.The control group were treated with acupuncture,the acupoints selection were bilateral Hegu,Taichong,Zusanli,Qimen,Fenglong,Sanyin-jiao,and peri-puncture treatment around the breast lump,once every other day,one month as a course of treatment,totally 3 courses.In addition,the observation group received oral administration of the Xingqi Huoxue Sanjie formu-la,one dose per day,and 400 ml of water decoction divided into morning and evening warm drinks.Each dose was taken continuously for 7～10 days,3 times as a course of treatment,totally 3 courses.Compare the treatment effica-cy,changes in E2 and P levels,molybdenum target grading,breast pain,and breast mass changes between control group and observation group.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was significant(P<0.05).The E2,breast pain,and mass scores of both groups of patients decreased com-pared to before treatment.The molybdenum target BI-RADS grading was downgraded,and the P level increased.The observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xingqi Huoxue Sanjie For-mula and acupuncture has the effect of improving the therapeutic effect,promoting the normalization of E2/P hor-mones,alleviating breast pain,and reducing the range of tumors in MGH patients,which can improve the quality of life of MGH patients.关键词
