Experience of famous Chinese doctor LIU Hongfang treating hypertensive nephropathy based on the"examine the cause for treatment"approach
摘要
Abstract
Hypertensive nephropathy is one of the common complications of chronic kidney diseases in clinical-practice.Professor Liu Hongfang,based on the"Examine the cause for treatment"approach,believes that the etiolo-gy and pathogenesis of this disease can be analyzed from three aspects:"Examine the disease causes of disease","Ex-amine the syndrome cause"and"Examine the symptom cause".Based on"Examine the causes of disease"these ap-proaches,the core pathogenesis throughout the diseaseis the lack of malnourishment of in the liver and the rigidi-tyspasmand hardness of the renal collaterals.Based on the"Examine the Syndrome Cause"approach,the ab-normaldysfunction of the liver and the disorder of the liver's failure to spread and regulate are the important basis fundations for the occurrence of the disease.Based on the"Examine the Symptom Cause"approach,the deficiency of kidney essence and the intermingling of turbidity and stasis are the necessary inevitable stages in the development of the disease.By utilizing the"Examine the cause for treatment"approach,proposing the treatment strategies asto sof-tening the liver.To promote the generate wood."assisting the water to nurish the wood""eliminating pathogenic fac-tors to unblock the collateral"to treat hypertensive nephropathy,which have significant therapeutic effects.These can provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine and are worth clinical reference and application.to expel pathogenic factors,can provide new methods for the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy and are worthy of clinical reference and application.关键词
