Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome with depression is a common difficult problem in clinical gynecology,which seriously affects female reproductive function and quality of life.Professor Kang Zhiyuan believes that this dis-ease is closely related to the liver and kidney based on the theory of"liver and kidney are of the same origin as the brain".The kidneys serve as the wellspring of vital energy,overseeing bone health,marrow generation,and connectiv-ity with the brain.A deficiency in kidney function not only results in issues with the uterus and lower bowels but also presents as a mental clarity deficit due to insufficient marrow.When the element of wood is absent in the water,it can lead to liver disorder,exacerbating the obstruction of qi and giving rise to a common ailment affecting both the body and mind.The primary symptoms involve a deficiency in the kidneys and the presence of liver depression.In clinical practice,a prevalent approach involves employing a formula that tonifies the kidneys and dredges the liver,comple-mented by the integration of five elements music.This combined use of medicine and music proves to be effective in enhancing the kidney-tonifying and liver-dredging effects,leading to notable therapeutic outcomes.关键词
