基于气血理论探讨督灸在气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用研究
Based on the Theory of Qi and Blood to investigate the application of moxibustion in patients with lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and Blood stasis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of moxibustion on patients with lumbar intervertebral disc hernia-tion(LDH)with qi stagnation and blood stasis under the guidance of Qi-blood theory.Methods:A total of 80 hospi-talized patients were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group re-ceived conventional Western medicine treatment(including acupuncture,exercise guidance,diet guidance and pain guidance,etc.),and the treatment group received acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of conventional treat-ment.The two groups were treated for 14 days.The pain scale(VAS),functional impairment assessment of low back pain(JOA)and physiological function score of daily activities(ODI)of the two groups were compared before and af-ter treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated by TCM disease diagnosis.Results:Both groups were treated for 14 days.Before treatment,the general information,pain score,functional impairment assessment of low back pain and physiological function score of daily activities of patients in both groups were evaluated(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment,pain scores and physiological function scores of daily activities were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and functional impairment assessment scores of low back pain in both groups were increased compared with those be-fore treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 87.5%,and that of the treatment group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion therapy based on the theory of qi and blood can effectively relieve the lumbar pain of LDH patients with qi stagnation and blood sta-sis,improve the degree of lumbar dysfunction,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
