服务接触理论视阈下的儿童医疗空间疗愈环境设计策略研究
RESEARCH ON THE HEALING ENVIRONMENT DESIGN STRATEGY OF CHILDREN'S HEALTHCARE SPACE UNDER THE PERSPECTIVE OF SERVICE CONTACT THEORY

Abstract
The creation of healing environment in children's medical space is an important direction for the future development of medical field.By applying the service contact theory to children's medical space,we construct a four-dimensional healing service contact model with children,accompanying family members,medical staff and hospital as the main body through in-depth analyses of the healing elements of service contact and space catalysts.The service contact points are explored on the basis of the user's consultation process,and then the emotional contact points and healing elements of children and their families in the hospital space are explored.Subsequently,the coupling relationship between healing needs and emotional responses is analysed,and targeted design strategies are proposed to provide practical guidance for the optimisation and transformation and upgrading of children's medical healing spaces.关键词
