经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者生活质量现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of Quality of Life and Its Influencing Factors in Patients Undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current quality of life and its influencing factors in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 371 patients were selected by convenience sampling who underwent PCI in the Cardiology Department at a Grade Ⅲ-A general hospital due to coronary heart disease from July 2020 to February 2021.They were investigated using the General Information Questionnaire,12-Item Short Form Survey(SF-12),General Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7),Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES).Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors influencing the quality of life in these patients.Results The 371 patients undergoing PCI scored(90.11±11.64)points for SF-12,indicating a low level.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,gender,place of residence,mode of medical expense payment,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level,GAD-7 score and PHQ-9 score all had a certain influence on the quality of life in patients undergoing PCI(P<0.05),cumulatively explaining 23.9%of the variation in the dependent variable(F=11.563,P<0.001).Conclusion The quality of life in patients who underwent PCI due to coronary heart disease is not optimistic.Differences in quality of life were found in patients with different characteristics.Healthcare providers should closely monitor the physiological indicators and psychological state of these patients and provide tailored discharge guidance to promote their postoperative rehabilitation.关键词
