为有效解决茄果类蔬菜残体处理问题,以茄果类蔬菜残体为原料,以鸡粪、发酵菌剂为添加物,研究不同配比发酵残体与商品育苗基质配成的复合基质对四季豆种子萌发、秧苗素质、叶片SPAD值及SOD、POD和CAT等抗氧化酶活性的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,复合基质中加入1/4无添加物完成发酵的茄果类蔬菜残体,四季豆秧苗的真叶SPAD值、根系长度和根系表面积分别增加30.74%、31.09%和43.15%(P<0.05),SOD、POD和CAT等抗氧化物酶活性分…查看全部>>
