Microsatellite analysis of genetic diversity of Yixian black pigs

Abstract
The blood samples of 55 Yixian black pigs were selected in this experiment,and 14 microsatellite markers were typed by PCR(Polymerase chain reaction)and PAGE(Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis)to analyze the genetic diversity of Yixian black pig population.The results showed that a total of 171 alleles were detected at 14 microsatellite loci in Yixian black pig population,with an average of about 12 alleles per locus.The number of effective alleles was 3.11-12.37,and the observed heterozygosity ranged from 0.31 to 1.The polymorphism content of 14 microsatellite loci was 0.65-0.91,all of which were highly polymorphic,and the cumulative exclusion probability was 99.9%,which indicated that the selected 14 microsatellite markers could identify the genetic relationship of Yixian black pigs.关键词
