混养凡纳滨对虾对草鱼消化、抗氧化、非特异性免疫及代谢能力的影响
Effects of mixed culture of Litopenaeus vannamei on digestion,antioxidant,non-specific immunity,and metabolic capacity of Ctenopharyngodon idella

Abstract
In order to explore the effects of mixed culture of Litopenaeus vannamei on the growth of Ctenopharyngodon idella,the differences in digestive,antioxidant,non-specific immunity,and metabolic enzyme activities of C.idella under the mixed culture of C.idella+L.vannamei and the single culture of C.idella(control group)were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the specific growth rate and fatness of C.idella under the mixed culture mode were higher than those under the single culture mode.The activities of amylase(AMS),pepsin(PPS),lipase(LPS),and trypsin(TPS)in the intestine all increased,with PPS and TPS activities significantly higher than those under the single culture mode.The activities of LPS and AMS in the stomach significantly reduced,while the TPS activity showed no significant change.Except for AMS,the activities of other digestive enzymes in the liver were significantly lower than those under the single culture mode.In terms of antioxidant enzymes,the catalase(CAT)activity in the liver of C.idella under the mixed culture mode reduced,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)were not significantly different from those under the single culture mode,while the malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly higher than that under the single culture mode.Under the mixed culture mode,the activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP),acid phosphatase(ACP),and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in the liver of C.idella significantly reduced,while alanine aminotransferase(ALT)activity significantly increased.To sum up,C.idella under the mixed culture mode grew faster and had higher fatness,and its intestinal digestion and absorption capacity increased,while its antioxidant capacity,non-specific immunity and metabolic capacity were not weakened,which was more conducive to the survival and growth of C.idella.关键词
