Electrochemiluminescence immunosensor and its application in food safety detection
近年来,多种新型的食品安全检测技术逐渐发展起来.其中,电化学发光免疫传感器凭借其简单、快捷、检出限低、特异性强等特点,被应用于检测转基因作物蛋白、抗生素、违规添加剂、生物毒素等多个领域.本文对电化学免疫传感器的发光体系、构建模式及其近几年在食品安全检测中的应用进行综述.
In recent years,various new technologies for food safety detection have gradually developed.Among them,electrochemiluminescence immunosensors have been applied in various fields such as detecting genetically modified crop proteins,antibiotics,illegal additives,and biotoxins due to their simplicity,speed,low detection limit,and high specificity.This article provides a review of the luminescent system,construction mode,and recent applications of electrochemical immunosensors in food safety detection.
