摘要
Abstract
Engineered Microorganisms refer to the modification,encapsulation,or genetic alteration of microbes.Engineered microorganisms have become a current research hotspot in the field of biomedicine by preserving the biological properties of the original microorganisms while solving their problems in clinical applications,such as precise drug delivery and the balance between safety and efficacy.In this review,we introduce the methods of microbial engineering and their application strategies in colorectal cancer therapy;also discuss the underlying mechanisms and the prospect of clinical application.关键词
