Abstract
This beneficiation plant is a molybdenum beneficiation plant with a daily processing capacity of 20000 tons.Recently,multiple batches of concentrate have exceeded the iron standard.Under the existing process conditions,a large amount of process debugging has been carried out,but theiron in the concentrate cannot be effectively reduced.Through sampling particle size analysis and composition analysis,impurity reason analysis and impurity reduction approach exploration have been carried out,and it has been analyzed that the iron in the molybdenum concentrate mainly comes from Pyrite,The main reason for the enrichment in molybdenum concentrate is the unreasonable distribution of grinding particle size during the production process.In response to this main influencing factor,exploration and application of new drugs to reduce the phosphorus content in molybdenum concentrate have been carried out,and the effect is obvious,achieving qualified impurity content in the concentrate.关键词
