大型侧吹熔池熔炼炉内铜渣双向对流过程中挡渣板的数值研究
Numerical investigation on slag baffles in the process of bi-directional convection of copper slag in a large-scale side-blowing bath smelting furnace

Abstract
In present work,a 350,000-ton side-blowing smelting furnace with short smelting stirring zones and a slag chamber settling zone is designed.The effects of the presence of slag baffles and its installation position on the gas-slag multiphase stirring characteristics in a large-scale smelting furnace are investigated.It is found that the short smelting stirring zone ensures sufficient agitation of the jet on the slag layer located above the smelting zone,which is conducive to the separation of slag and metal in the bath.When the slag baffle plate exists,the agitation in the slag layer has barely any effect on the slag chamber area,which ensures the static precipitation and separation of the copper matte and the slag.The average turbulence energy of the central slag chamber with baffle is 14% higher than that of the central slag discharge without baffle plate and 47% higher than that of the end slag chamber without baffle.关键词
