Modification optimization of lead-free bismuth brass for dezincification corrosion resistance
本文通过对无铅铋黄铜金相组织的观察、力学性能和脱锌腐蚀的测试,研究了不同退火温度对加砷与不加砷等元素的两种无铅铋黄铜的耐脱锌腐蚀性能的影响.分析了所制备合金在两种不同热处理温度后的腐蚀行为,结果表明 540℃退火状态下加砷、锡元素的无铅铋黄铜耐脱锌腐蚀性能良好.
The metallographic structure,mechanical properties and dezincification corrosion of lead-free bismuth brass were investigated,the effect of annealing temperature on the dezincification corrosion resistance of two kinds of lead-free bismuth brass with and without arsenic was studied.The results show that the lead-free bismuth brass annealed at 540℃with AS and SN has good corrosion resistance to dezincification.
