Abstract
Shuangpai county is a key area designated by Hunan province for the development of bamboo industry.The county has implemented the important instruction of President Xi Jinping on"turning small bamboo into a large industry"to expand the bamboo resource foundation for reasonable development,strengthen the bamboo industry with technology innovations,and unleash the vitality of bamboo industry through the innovative integration.Guided by the development principle of"resources cultivation on the mountain while primary processing at the foot of the mountain,and primary industries in mountains while deep processing in industrial parks",the county sets and adheres to the goal of"building the flagships of bamboo and wood industry",which provides important supports for creating the application and promotion bases of"bamboo as a substitute for plastic".关键词
