Application of Industrial Robots in Bamboo Processing
摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes the research progress in visual perception defect technology and disordered grasping technology of industrial robots,as well as their application in defect identification,parts assembling,loading and unloading,and stacking of bamboo strips,bamboo chips,and bamboo products in the field of bamboo processing,and discusses the prospects that industrial robots are applied to bamboo processing,in order to provide a theoretical basis and the practical references for the development of industrial robots to be used in bamboo processing.The disordered grasping technology of industrial robots can help complete the assembly of complex bamboo products,achieve high-precision assembly operations,and improve product quality and assembly efficiency.Industrial robot visual perception defect technology can quickly and accurately detect the defects in products such as bamboo chips,bamboo strips,bamboo straws,bamboo chopsticks and bamboo sticks,and sort accordingly,to improve product quality and reduce losses.Industrial robots and the related technologies can effectively solve the problems that challenge the equipment production for bamboo processing.关键词
