"轻苦微辛"治法在外感病治疗中的价值
Value of"Mild Bitter and Slightly Pungent"in the Therapy of External Contraction Diseases

Abstract
Ye Gui proposed the"mild bitter and slightly pungent"treatment principle,which indicates that the combination of drugs that are mild bitter and slightly pungent in flavor and light and plain in nature can regulate the qi movement in the upper and middle energizers,emphasizing the"flowing"nature of the medicinal effects.Commonly used drugs include Armeniacae Semen Amarum,Amomi Fructus Rotundus,Citri Exocarpium Rubrum,Platycodonis Radix,Curcumae Radix,Aurantii Fructus,Gardeniae Fructus,and Sojae Semen Praeparatum.Formulas such as Zhizichi Decoction and its modifications,and Sanren Decoction,are often used.Clinically,this method can be applied to external contraction diseases caused by warm and dampness-heat pathogens obstruc-ting the upper energizer,which lead to impaired qi movement in the middle energizer and even the triple energizers.This approach does not harm the body's righteous qi and provides a new perspective for diagnosing and treating external contraction diseases,showing significant application value.关键词
