摘要

Abstract

Objective:Based on pareto chart,to analyze the irrational orders of antineoplastic drugs in PIVAS.Meth-ods:From April 2021 to March 2023,183570 medical orders received by PIVAS of Peking University Cancer Hospi-tal and Beijing Institute of Cancer Prevention and Treatment were selected,and analyzed by pareto chart,and the un-reasonable medical orders were counted.Results:Among 183570 medical orders,657 were unreasonable,accounting for 0.36%.Through pareto chart analysis,we can know that the main factors of unreasonable medical advice are un-reasonable solvent dosage,unreasonable solvent selection and wrong medical advice prompt;The secondary factor is unreasonable dosage;The general factors are inappropriate route of medication、inappropriate packaging specifications、unmarked medical instructions、inappropriate properties of liquid preparation and others.Conclusion:Based on pareto chart's analysis of unreasonable medical orders of PIVAS antineoplastic drugs in hospital,problems can be found more intuitively,and primary and secondary factors can be found more easily,which is beneficial to feed back the problems to the examining pharmacists in time,facilitate the audit,intervene the medical orders more pertinently,reduce the oc-currence of unreasonable medical orders,and then provide safety guarantee for clinical medication.
