Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the bioinformatics correlation between the expression of human PLOD2 gene and renal clear cell carcinoma(KIRC).Methods:Based on the research data of Tumour Genome Mapping Pro-ject(TCGA)and bioinformatics,the expression of PLOD2 gene was analyzed,and the correlation between PLOD2 gene and survival rate of KIRC was analyzed by GEPIA2 database.Results:Sixteen tumors related to PLOD2 gene were screened from TCGA tumor tissues,among which 10 tumors were positively correlated with PLOD2 expres-sion,and 6 tumors were negatively correlated with PLOD2 expression.The protein expression of PLOD2 in KIRC is higher than that in normal tissues.Conclusion:The changes of gene expression and prognostic factors of KIRC can provide evidence for molecular diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of diseases.关键词
