Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy lavage plus Xuebijing in the treatment of severe pneumonia complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods:From August 2022 to August 2023,66 patients with severe pneumonia complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome in weichu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xuebijing,while the observation group was treated with fiberoptic bronchoscope lavage combined with Xuebijing.The overall curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate and clinical survival rate of the ob-servation group were higher,and the ventilator offline time and mechanical ventilation time were shorter,P<0.05.After treatment,the PaO2、HCO-3、pH value and PaO2/FiO2in both groups were higher than before treat-ment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the serum levels of PCT、CRP、IL-8 and TNF-α were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Bronchofiberscope lavage combined with Xuebijing is effective in the treatment of severe pneumonia complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome,which can improve blood gas analysis,alleviate inflammatory reaction,shorten mechanical ventilation time and im-prove the survival rate of patients.关键词
