Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the diagnostic value of ECG repolarization parameters combined with myoglobin and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in elderly patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:64 elder-ly patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital from March 2020 to Au-gust 2023 were selected as the study group.Sixty healthy people who underwent routine physical examination in the same period were included as the control group.ECG repolarization parameters combined with myoglobin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were detected in both groups.The results of the two groups were compared,and the diagnostic efficiency of the combined detection method for elderly myocardial infarction was analyzed.Re-sults:The values of QTc interval、QT interval、T wave time、Mb and hs-CRP levels of chest lead and limb lead in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The values of QTc interval、QT interval、T-wave time and Mb and hs-CRP levels of chest lead and limb lead in grade Ⅳ patients were higher than those in grade Ⅲ and Ⅱ patients,among which the values of QTc interval、QT interval and T-wave time and Mb and hs-CRP levels of chest lead and limb lead in grade Ⅲ patients were higher than those in grade Ⅱ patients,P<0.05.Conclusion:ECG repolarization parameters combined with myoglobin and high-sensitivity C-reactive pro-tein have high diagnostic efficiency in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction.关键词
