摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block(BPB)com-bined with dexmedetomidine in upper limb fracture surgery.Methods:From December 2022 to February 2024,120 patients who underwent upper limb fracture surgery in Fengxian People's Hospital were randomly divided into control and treatment group,with 60 patients each group.The control group was given ultrasound-guided BPB anesthesia,while the treatment group was given ultrasound-guided BPB combined with dexmedetomidine anesthesia.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The maintenance time of sensory nerve and motor nerve treatment group was significantly longer than that in control group,P<0.05.From T1 to T4,the proportion of patients with RSS grade 2~4 in the treat-ment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.MAP and HR in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.At 2 h、4 h、8 h and 12 h after operation,the VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided BPB combined with dexmedetomidine has a good effect in upper limb fracture surgery,which can obviously enhance the analgesic and sedative effect,prolong the nerve block time,maintain the stability of hemodynamics during the operation and ensure the safety of the operation.
