摘要

Abstract

Objective:To compare and analyze the diagnostic value of multi-parameter MRI signs in patients with non-calcified breast adenopathy and non-calcified breast cancer.Methods:Forty-five patients with non-calci-fied breast adenopathy and 45 patients with non-calcified breast cancer admitted to Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected.All the patients in the group underwent multi-pa-rameter MRI examination and mammography examination to confirm that the lesions were not calcified,and the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of MRI imaging were compared and analyzed.Results:The early en-hancement rate、maximum ascending slope、maximum diameter and peak signal intensity of multiparameter MRI in breast adenopathy group were lower than those in breast cancer group,while the time to peak and ADC value were higher than those in breast cancer group,P<0.05.The comparison of internal reinforcement methods between the two groups,P>0.05.Comparison of burr sign、lobulation sign、distribution、early and late enhancement curves be-tween the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:The multi-parameter MRI signs of non-calcified breast adenopathy and non-calcified breast cancer overlap to some extent,but the distribution、morphology、ADC value and early and late enhancement curves of lesions are significantly different,which can be differentiated by multi-parameter MRI.
