双镜联合微创手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床疗效及安全性
Clinical Efficacy And Safety of Double Endoscopy Combined with Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Treatment of Cholecystolithiasis Combined with Choledocholithiasis

Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of double endoscopy combined with mini-mally invasive surgery in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis.Methods:80 pa-tients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis admitted to Jiuquan People's Hospital were selected and trea-ted from January 2022 to December 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Pa-tients who underwent conventional open surgery were classified into the control group,while patients who under-went double-mirror combined with minimally invasive surgery were classified into the observation group.The o-verall curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was com-pared,P>0.05.Compared with the control group,the operation time and abdominal drainage time in the observa-tion group were shorter,and the recovery time after operation was obviously shortened,and the amount of bleeding during operation was smaller,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the ob-servation group was significantly reduced,P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of serum CRP、TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Double endoscopy com-bined with minimally invasive surgery has a significant effect on cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholith-iasis,which can obviously reduce the degree of trauma,promote the postoperative gastrointestinal function and re-covery of the body,and reduce the inflammatory reaction and postoperative complications.关键词
