Abstract
Objective:To discuss and analyze the ultrasonic manifestations and laboratory examination results of granulosa cell tumor of ovary.Methods:From October 2010 to January 2024,32 patients who underwent surgical treatment in Wenzhou People's Hospital and were diagnosed as ovarian granulosa cell tumor by postoperative patho-logical examination were selected as the observation group.Thirty-two patients with benign ovarian tumors were selected as the control group.Ultrasound and laboratory examination were performed in both groups.The basic clinical features,ultrasonic examination results and laboratory examination results of the two groups were com-pared.Results:The average age of the observation group was older than that of the control group,P<0.05.The le-sions in the observation group were mainly cystic-solid masses(62.5%),while those in the control group were mainly cystic masses(65.6%).The tumor size of the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Serum AFP level in ob-servation group was higher than that in control group,P<0.05.The levels of serum CEA、CA-125、CA-153、CA-199 and HE4 were compared between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:Most of the ovarian granulosa cell tumors are unilateral cystic-solid masses on ultrasound,and multiple septa in the cysts show"honeycomb"or"sponge"changes,and the cysts are different in size,accompanied by solid components,and rich blood flow signals are often seen in the solid parts.Serum AFP has certain value in the diagnosis of ovarian granulosa cell tumor,which can be comprehensively evaluated in combination with the patient's age and clinical symptoms.关键词
