磁共振3D-ASL联合DTI技术对脑转移瘤放射治疗疗效的评估价值
Evaluation Value of Magnetic Resonance 3D-ASL Combined with DTI in Radiotherapy of Brain Metastases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of magnetic resonance 3D-ASL combined with DTI in the evaluation of radiotherapy for brain metastases.Methods:Forty patients with brain metastases from Jan-uary 2023 to June 2024 in Baotou Steel Hospital of Inner Mongolia were examined by 3D-ASL combined with DTI,and the values of CBF、FA and ADC in the region of interest were observed and compared.Results:The detec-tion rate of 3D-ASL combined with DTI was higher than that of conventional MRI scanning and DCE-MRI scan-ning,P<0.05.One month and six months after treatment,the CBF value and ADC value of the lesion were com-pared with those of the week before treatment,P<0.05.The FA values of different periods before and after radio-therapy were compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:MRI 3D-ASL combined with DTI can reflect the pathological chan-ges of patients with brain metastases after radiotherapy,and has high evaluation value for curative effect.关键词
