Abstract
Objective:Tostudy the predictive significance of parallel and series tests of P wave dispersion(Pd)and P wave maximum time limit(Pmax)on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods:From January 2022 to November 2023,60 patients with PAF in Laibin People's Hospital were taken as the study group,and 60 patients without atrial fibrillation in the same period were taken as the control group.The ECG indexes and diagnosis of the two groups were compared.Results:The ECG indexes of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the Pmax was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Comparison of PR interval between the two groups,P>0.05.Taking the results of 12-lead synchronous electrocardiograph as the gold standard,the sensitivity of series tests is lower than that of parallel tests,and the sensitivity of series tests is lower than that of Pmax≥110 ms,and the specificity、positive predictive value and coincidence rate of series tests are higher than that of parallel tests,and the specificity、positive predictive value and coincidence rate of series tests are higher than that of Pmax≥110 ms,P<50.05.Conclusion:The primary predictive screening of PAF can adopt parallel tests with high sensitivity,and on this basis,the secondary screening can adopt a series of tests with high specificity.The combination of the two methods can accurately predict the occurrence of PAF at an early stage.关键词
