Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the influence of medical failure mode and effect analysis mode manage-ment on the damage rate of rigid endoscopic instruments in disinfection supply room.Methods:200 rigid endoscopic instruments managed by the supply room of Zhongxin Hospital in Sihong County from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research object.100 pieces managed from January to December,2022 were taken as the control group,and routine management was implemented;Taking 100 pieces managed from January to December in 2023 as the research group,the management of medical failure mode and effect analysis mode was implemented.The damage rate and management quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The damage rate of instru-ments in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the content、method、effect score and total score of the study group were higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:Using medical failure mode and effect analysis mode in the management of disinfection supply room can significantly reduce the damage rate of rigid endoscopic instruments and improve the management quality.关键词
