Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect and safety of bronchoscopy combined with systemic medication in the treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:From May 2021 to November 2023,120 chil-dren with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia were treated in the children's hospital area of Women and Children Medical Center.According to the parity of the last number of the medical record number,they were divided into two groups,each with 60 cases.Odd numbers were used as the control group,and were treated with systemic com-bined medication;The even number was the exploratory group,which was treated with bronchoscope combined with systemic medication.The lung function、recovery time、complications and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared..Results:After treatment,VC、FVC、FEV1、FEF75 and MMEF in the exploration group were all higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The study group had a shorter recovery time and a lower incidence of com-plications and adverse reactions than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Bronchoscopy combined with systemic medication can accelerate the recovery of children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia,improve their lung func-tion and prevent complications and adverse reactions.关键词
