Clinical Study of Microscope Combined with Mis-tlif under Channel And Percutaneous Dual Channel Endoscopic Lumbar Fusion in the Treatment of Single Segment Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of MIS-TLIF combined with microscope and percutaneous lum-bar fusion under dual-channel spinal endoscope in the treatment of single-stage lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:Sixty patients with LDH admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Huizhou City from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into MIS-TLIF group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The MIS-TLIF group was treated with MIS-TLIF under microscope combined channel,while the control group was treated with percutaneous lumbar fusion under double-channel spinal endoscope.The surgical indexes,pain degree and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of the two groups was compared,P>0.05;The amount of bleeding during operation and the time of getting out of bed af-ter operation in MIS-TLIF group were less than those in control group,P<0.05.The VAS scores of the two groups before and 48 h after operation were compared,P>0.05;The VAS scores of MIS-TLIF group at 4 h and 12 h after operation were lower than those of control group,P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in MIS-TLIF group was slightly lower than that in control group,but the comparison between the two groups was,P>0.05.Conclusion:MIS-TLIF operation under microscope combined with channel has the advantages of less in-traoperative blood loss and faster postoperative recovery time,and the pain of patients in the early stage after opera-tion is lighter.关键词
