目标导向液体治疗对剖宫产术腰麻后低血压的疗效观察
Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Target Oriented Liquid Therapy on Postoperative Hypotension after Spinal Anesthesia in Cesarean Section

Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the role of continuous noninvasive blood pressure-guided crystalloid fluid co-loading target-oriented liquid therapy in preventing hypotension in parturient after spinal anesthesia in cesarean section.Methods:63 parturients who underwent elective cesarean section under spinal anesthesia in Zhong-shan Pok Oi Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases)and control group(32 cases).The control group was given continuous infusion of compound sodium chloride injec-tion,while the treatment group was given target-oriented liquid therapy with compound sodium chloride injection after lying down with spinal anesthesia.The clinical indexes,complications and blood pressure levels of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of hypotension before delivery and the use rate of ephedrine in the treatment group were lower,and the fluid infusion during operation was significantly more,P<0.05.The bleeding volume、urine volume and incidence of nausea and vomiting were compared between the two groups,P>0.05.The average arterial pressure、diastolic pressure and systolic pressure in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group after anesthesia for 10 minutes,P<0.05.Conclusion:Target-oriented liquid therapy with co-loading crystalloid solution under the guidance of contin-uous noninvasive blood pressure can significantly reduce the incidence of maternal hypotension after cesarean section spinal anesthesia,reduce the use of vasoactive drugs and stabilize the blood pressure level after anesthesia.关键词
