Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the nutritional status of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy and its correlation with cancer-related fatigue.Methods:From March 2022 to March 2023,88 pa-tients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to tongji hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected.Their nutritional status and cancer-related fatigue scale(CRF)were used to evaluate their nutritional status 1 day before radiotherapy(T1)、the 15th radiotherapy(T2)、the 30th radiotherapy(T3)and after radiotherapy(T4).Results:The serum albumin、prealbumin、lymphocyte and hemoglobin of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during radiotherapy and chemotherapy were compared at dif-ferent time points,P<0.05,and they were all lower than before treatment.The malnutrition rates of nasopharyn-geal carcinoma patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy were 28.4%、52.27%、73.86%and 98.86%,showing an upward trend,P<0.05;After treatment,the CRF scores of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy showed an upward trend at each time point,P<0.05.NRS score was positively correlated with CRF dimension score and total score at each time point in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radio-therapy and chemotherapy,P<0.05.Conclusion:The risk ratio of malnutrition in patients with nasopharyngeal car-cinoma during radiotherapy and chemotherapy is high,and the change trend is on the rise.Their nutritional status is related to cancer-related fatigue,so active nutritional support is needed to reduce the degree of cancer-related fa-tigue.关键词
