摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the application value of fracture liaison service(FLS)model in elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture(OTCF).Methods:Sixty-four elderly OTCF patients who un-derwent percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)in zhongwei People's Hospital from January to June,2024 were randomly divided into traditional group and FLS group,with 32 cases in each group.Conventional management was adopted in the traditional group after operation,and FLS mode management was adopted in the FLS group.The postopera-tive situation and follow-up results of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment satisfaction of FLS group was higher than that of traditional group,and the incidence of re-fracture was lower than that of traditional group,P<0.05.At the time of discharge and 3 months after discharge,the scores of VAS and EFS in FLS group were lower than those in traditional group,and the score of SF-36 was higher than that in traditional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with traditional management methods,FLS model has a better application effect on eld-erly patients with OTCF,which can effectively relieve postoperative pain,improve body weakness,reduce the rate of recurrent fractures,and improve their treatment satisfaction and quality of life.
