摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study and analyze the effects of bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL)on serum levels of chitinase protein 40(YKL-40)、soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)and peptide(Copeptin)in children with severe pneumonia(SP).Methods:Eighty-one children with SP from December 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into lavage group(n=40)and routine group(n=41).Routine treatment was carried out in the routine group,and BAL treatment was supplemented in the lavage group on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical ef-ficacy、serum levels of YKL-40、sIL-2R and Copeptin were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of lavage group was higher than that of routine group,P<0.0).After treatment,the serum levels of YKL-40、sIL-2R and Copeptin in lavage group were lower than those in routine group,P<0.05.Conclusion:BAL is effective in adjuvant treatment of children with SP,and can negatively regulate the serum levels of YKL-40、sIL-2R and Copeptin.
