多媒体术前访视在老年腹股沟疝手术中的应用研究
A Study of Multimedia Preoperative Visits in Geriatric Inguinal Hernia Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of multimedia preoperative interview in inguinal hernia surgery in the elderly.Methods:From January 2022 to June 2023,44 elderly patients with inguinal hernia who were hospi-talized in the People's Hospital of Nanhai Economic Development Zone were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 22 cases in each group.The control group received routine preoperative visit,while the experi-mental group received multimedia preoperative visit.The psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:Before the preoperative visit,SAS and SDS scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups,P>0.05.One hour before operation,the SAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the satisfaction of nursing service was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Comparison of SDS scores between the two groups,P>0.05.Three days after operation,the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the satisfaction of nursing service was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Multimedia preoperative visit can im-prove the anxiety and depression of elderly patients undergoing inguinal surgery and improve their satisfaction with nursing service.关键词
