Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the predictive value of intracranial pressure detection,MicroRNA-124 and lactic acid levels on the prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods:From September 2021 to April 2024,77 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Neurosurgery,Liwan Central Hospital Guangzhou were divided into survival group and death group according to the prognosis after discharge.Intracranial pressure was continuously monitored in all patients, and the levels of lactic acid and miRNA-124 were detected at 24 h after operation. To analyze the predictive effect of intracranial pressure monitoring、miRNA-124 and lactic acid level detection on the prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral inju-ry.Results:Compared with the death group, the postoperative intracranial pressure、miRNA124 and lactic acid lev-els in the survival group were significantly lower,P<0.05.The AUC of intracranial pressure level to prognosis was 0.906(95%CI:0.8347~0.9773,P<0.0001).The AUC of miRNA-124 level for prognosis was 0.831(95%CI:0.7420~0.9208,P<0.0001).The AUC of lactic acid level for prognosis was 0.828(95%CI:0.7388~0.9178,P<0.0001).Conclusion:Postoperative intracranial pressure、miRNA-124 and lactic acid levels in patients with se-vere craniocerebral injury are all related to their prognosis, and their rising levels can predict the occurrence of ad-verse prognosis in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.关键词
