摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the application effect of anticoagulant continuous pharmaceutical care for patients with ve-nous thromboembolism(VTE)based on structural equation model.Methods:195 patients who were diagnosed as VTE in Shenzhen Longgang Central Hospital from December 2021 to May 2022 and still needed oral anticoagulants after anticoag-ulant therapy were selected.The general data collection、drug treatment satisfaction、social support evaluation、anticoagu-lant knowledge and medication compliance were investigated in all patients,and the factors affecting their medication com-pliance were evaluated by structural equation model,and the effectiveness of the model was verified.Results:Social sup-port,drug treatment satisfaction and anticoagulant knowledge of patients with VTE anticoagulation therapy have positive effects on drug compliance.The model performs well,and the GFI、AGFI、CFI and RMSEA are all greater than 0.9,and the fitting degree is high.Conclusion:Based on the structural equation model,the continuous pharmaceutical care of patients with VTE anticoagulation therapy was analyzed,and it was found that the patients'social support,drug treatment satisfaction and knowledge of anticoagulation drugs all had significant effects on their medication compliance.The model shows high feasi-bility and effectiveness,which is helpful to improve the treatment compliance and expected effect of patients.
