骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者行椎体成形术后并发邻近椎体骨折的影响因素研究

Abstract
Objective:Toanalyze the influencing factors of osteoporotic vertebral fractures(OVCFs)complicated with adja-cent vertebral fractures after vertebroplasty(PVP).Methods:From March 2020 to March 2022,430 patients with OVCFs who were treated with PVP in the Third Hospital of Shandong Province were collected,and divided into observation group(87 cases with adjacent vertebral fractures)and control group(343 cases without adjacent vertebral fractures)according to whether adjacent vertebral fractures occurred after PVP.The occurrence of adjacent vertebral fractures in the two groups was recorded,and the clinical data of the two groups were collected for univariate and Logistic multivariate regression anal-ysis.Results:The results of univariate and Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that regular exercise after oper-ation、anti-osteoporosis treatment、Cobb angle>15° after operation and recovery degree of vertebral body height>90%were all protective factors for adjacent vertebral body fractures after PVP.Age>60 years old、smoking history、dense dis-tribution type of bone cement、and number of fractured vertebral bodies>1 are the risk factors of adjacent vertebral body fractures after PVP,P<0.05.Conclusion:Age>60 years old、smoking history、dense distribution type of bone cement and number of fractured vertebral bodies>1 are the risk factors for new adjacent vertebral body fractures in OVCFs patients after PVP,while regular exercise after PVP,regular anti-osteoporosis treatment、Cobb angle>15 degrees after PVP and recovery degree of vertebral body height>90%are the protective factors.关键词
