Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the correlation between the serum levels of vascular endothelial cell ad-hesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:100 GDM patients admitted to Heze Municipal Hospital from June 2021 to August 2022 were selected as GDM group.Another 100 pregnant women who under-went normal check-up in our hospital during the same period were selected as the normal group.Serum levels of sVCAM-1 and ALP were detected in two groups,and the correlation between these two indexes and glucose and lipid metabolism was analyzed.Results:the levels of sVCAM and ALP in GDM group were significantly higher than those in normal group,P<0.05.The levels of TC、TG and LDL-C in GDM group were significantly higher than those in normal group,and the level of HDL-C was significantly lower than that in normal group,P<0.05.The levels of FPG、FINS、HbA1c and HOMA-IR in GDM group were significantly higher than those in normal group,P<0.05.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between sVCAM and FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、FINS、HbA1c and HOMA-IR,and a significant negative correlation with HDL-C,P<0.05;ALP was positively correlated with FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、FINS、HbA1c and HOMA-IR,and negatively correlated with HDL-C,P<0.05.Conclusion:The levels of serum sVCAM-1 and ALP in GDM patients are in-creased,which are closely related to the indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism.SVCAM and ALP can be used as monitoring indexes for the changes of glucose and lipid metabolism in GDM patients.关键词
