氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To study the efficacy of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral in-farction.Methods:The medical records were selected from May,2022 to May,2023.A total of 100 patients were selected as the research object,and the grouping method was selected randomly,including the control group(50 cases treated with aspirin)and the experimental group(50 cases treated with aspirin and clopidogrel).The compar-ative indexes included neurological function,adverse drug reactions and clinical efficacy.Results:Compared with the NIHSS score,before treatment,P>0.05;After 1 d,5 d and 10 d treatment,the experimental group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:On the basis of routine use of aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction,it can promote the improvement of patients'neurological function and reduce the inci-dence of adverse drug reactions,thus improving the clinical treatment effect.关键词
