Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of lean management concept in standardized management of medical consumables in operating room.Methods:A total of 262 surgical patients admitted to the Eighty-second Hospital of Huai'an from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into routine group and lean group according to the admission time,with 131 patients in each group.In the management of medical consumables in operating room,the conventional group adopts basic management mode,while the lean group adopts lean man-agement concept.The average monthly inventory of medical consumables in the operating rooms of the two groups was compared.Results:The monthly inventory types,total inventory funds and inventory area of medical consuma-bles in the operating room of lean group were significantly less than those of the control group,and the total control effect of medical consumables in the operating room of each department was significantly better than that of the control group,and the inventory management effect of medical consumables in the operating room was better than that of the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of lean management concept in standardized management of medical consumables in operating room can improve the use efficiency of consumables,and improve the total control effect and inventory management effect of consumables.关键词
