基于第二课堂平台的中医药院校学生"青年医家"培养体系构建
Construction of"Young Physician"Training System for Chinese Medicine College Students Based on the Second Classroom Platform——Take Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine as an example

Abstract
The"Second Classroom"is organized by the Communist Youth League of universities,fully drawing on the talent cultivation model of the"First Classroom"education mechanism,and is an organic supplement to the"First Classroom".It is of great significance to fully utilize the second classroom platform to construct a"young doctor"training system for students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,in order to cultivate students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine.This article adopts research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and interview to analyze the construction needs of the"Young Medical Practitioner"training system from three dimensions:school、students、and resources.The feasibility of the construction is analyzed from two aspects:existing achievements and resources.Suggestions are made for the construction of the"Young Medical Practitioner"training system,and risks in the construction are estimated and countermeasures are proposed.关键词
