摘要
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the importance of"1+2"dual education training in the direction of general nursing and the challenges it faces,and at the same time puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions and countermeasures,and analyzes the current problems in nursing education,such as imperfect curriculum,lagging teaching methods and weak practical teaching links,which constrain the quality and effect of nursing personnel training in the direction of general nurs-ing.These problems constrain the quality and effect of nursing personnel training in general practice nursing.A series of countermeasures are proposed to address these problems,including strengthening the cross-fertilization of disciplines,im-proving teaching methods,reinforcing practice teaching,and upgrading the level of teachers.The aim is to promote the continuous improvement and perfection of the training mode of nursing talents in the direction of general nursing,and to provide reference for the better training of high-quality skilled nursing talents who can adapt to the needs of the primary health care system and have real knowledge.关键词
