Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of refined management in the management of instruments and e-quipment in operating room.Methods:Twenty operating room nurses were selected from the South District of the First Affiliated Hospital of China University of Science and Technology(South District of Anhui Provincial Hospi-tal).From January 2021 to May 2022,the routine management of surgical instruments and equipment was carried out as the control group;From June,2022 to October 2023 the research group implemented meticulous management of surgical instruments and equipment.The results of business ability assessment、work compliance、equipment fail-ure、equipment-related infection events and air cleanliness compliance rate before and after the implementation of the two management modes were compared.Results:After management,the scores of operation skills and profes-sional knowledge in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The work compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The compliance rate of air cleanliness in the study group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application effect of refined management in the management of instruments and equipment in operating room is ideal.关键词
