摘要
Abstract
At present,there are many ways to treat neonatal jaundice at home and abroad,among which photothera-py,drug therapy and exchange transfusion are more common.The consensus of experts in neonatal nursing in Chi-na recommended phototherapy as the priority treatment for neonatal jaundice,which was recognized by the Pediatric Society of Chinese Medical Association.This therapy has been popularized in pediatric clinic because of its remarka-ble curative effect,simple operation process and low treatment cost.The specific mechanism of phototherapy is that the unconjugated bilirubin in newborns is transformed into water-soluble isomers that can be excreted by kidneys through blue light irradiation,so as to reduce the level of serum bilirubin in their bodies and effectively relieve jaun-dice symptoms.关键词
