摘要
Abstract
Papillary thyroid carcinoma is a kind of thyroid carcinoma with the best prognosis,with a 10-year survival rate of about 93%,but some subtypes show aggressive characteristics,with high metastasis risk and poor prognosis,which has aroused great concern in clinic.These subtypes include diffuse sclerosis subtype(DSV)、high cell subtype(TCV)、colum-nar cell subtype(CCV)、solid/trabecular subtype(STV)and nail subtype(HNV)of thyroid cancer.The purpose of this study is to review the latest research progress of invasive subtypes of papillary thyroid carcinoma,including histology、mo-lecular、invasion、treatment and prognosis,so as to increase the clinical understanding of this disease and provide useful ref-erence for clinical treatment of this disease.关键词
