Abstract
Objective:To evaluate and analyze the effect of Chinese medicine processing on the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Methods:100 patients who took Chinese herbal pieces from January 2023 to Janu-ary 2024 in the Department of Medicine affiliated to Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group used the method of grading Chinese herbal medicines before water treatment,while the research group used the method of com-bining processing with grading Chinese herbal medicines before water treatment.The curative effect、unqualified de-coction pieces rate、TCM symptom score and toxic reaction of TCM decoction pieces were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The rate of unqualified decoction pieces in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The toxic reaction score of Chinese herbal pieces in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Dif-ferent processing methods of traditional Chinese medicine can have different effects on the treatment of diseases.The combined processing method before water treatment and before processing can improve the curative effect and safety of Chinese herbal pieces,reduce the symptoms of patients after taking drugs,and have low toxic reaction.关键词
