Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect and safety of glucocorticoid nasal spray combined with cetirizine drops in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:100 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to the Sixth Affiliated Hospital,South China University of Technology from Jan.2022 to Dec.2023 have been evenly divided in-to an experimental group and a reference group by the double-blind method.The reference group was treated with glucocorticoid nasal spray alone,and the experimental group was treated with cetirizine drops on the basis of this.To compare the therapeutic effect as well as the adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:The experimen-tal group's total effective rate was 96.00%,which was higher than that in the reference group 84.00%,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Glucocorticoid nasal spray combined with cetirizine drops is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,and will not increase addi-tional adverse reactions.关键词
