Abstract
Objective:To Objective to explore and analyze the clinical effect of cervical dilatation balloon induced la-bor in promoting cervical ripening in late pregnancy.Methods:200 pregnant women admitted to Qichun County People's Hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were randomly selected.According to the different induced labor techniques,they were divided into study group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The study group was induced by cervical dilatation balloon,while the control group was induced by oxytocin intravenous drip.The effect of promoting uterine contraction and maturation,labor time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of cervical ripening in the study group was higher than that in the con-trol group,and the duration of the first and second stages of labor was significantly shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the induction of labor in late pregnancy,the technique of cervical dilatation and bal-loon induced labor is effective in promoting cervical ripening,shortening the labor process and reducing complica-tions.关键词
